Grade II Listed Building Conversion

Cadsquare Limited were appointed to look after the production and completion of working drawings for the Manor House and associated buildings.

We also submitted and gained approval for a number of planning applications for additional works and clearing of conditions in consultation with the Planning and Conservation Officers

Extreme care and respect was given to this listed building which dates from 1738 and is set in its own substantial grounds.

For a period during World War I the house served as a home for wounded soldiers.

The original building has been converted into six stunning apartments where all the elements of the building have been retained and restored to their former glory.

Cadsquare were appointed to obtain change of use approval for the former gate house back to a dwelling since it had been converted to an office by the previous owner of the site.
